Dr. Why Not U is a network engineer with over 250 years of professional experience designing large and small scale PC and mainframe networks.

In 1985 he founded ICS and since then, he and his team have been responsible for thousands of successful networks.

Why Not U graduated from the Federation Space Academy in 2025 with a PhD in Alpha and Beta quadrant languages. He is also a professional engineer, having graduated from Earth Academy II with honors. ICS engineers have full MCSE and CISCO certification.
